Call me crazy, I actually enjoyed last nights All Star game, maybe I'm weird? For me, I love extra inning games, and when you have the leagues best and brightest playing in said game, how can you go wrong.
Enter Joe Buck, god this guy is a douche, from inning 10 on, all this guy could do was talk gloom and doom about running out of pitchers and whats going to happen next. An when it all ended, all he could say was, "What a relief, Francona must be sooo relieved, Francona is the happiest man right now". Hey Buck , why don't you shut the fuck up and talk about the game and how this was a really good baseball game, why don't you talk about Morneau or Young? Why dont't you talk about the numberous times that great baseball, offensively and defensively, kept the game alive. Instead you choose to belabor the fact that they were going to run out of pitchers. I don't give a good dam what they run out of, I just want to enjoy watching baseball and hear commentary from other people that enjoy watching baseball. I really dont care if they run out of pitchers, hell, the prospect of some first basemen pitching would just add more excitement.
And Jesus Christ, don't even get me started on what a retard McCarver is, holy shit, I've met people with Alzheimers that make more coherent statements. Thank christ NBC has the super Bowl this year. I cant take listening to Bucky and his overly dramatic commentary and feigned outrage. Lets not forget, this idiot nearly had a heart attack when Randy Moss pretended to moon the Cheese heads in Wisconsin a few years back.
