Dear Complainer in Chief -
I have a complaint to lodge. What's the deal with driving with cellphones? Oh yeah...hands free. It is a finable traffic violation, which in these trying economic times means quotas. Cops are on the look out for this atrocious violation. Why then, do I constantly see law enforcement officers - both men and women, all different races, all branches - police, sheriff, and CHP - driving in their squad cars with a cell phone held up to their ear? Hey, I'm just saying...
