Android on HP Netbooks?

From PC World

Microsoft slaps hefty licensing fees on the use of its Windows OS, whereas Google charges no such fee for Android. The Linux-based Android could save HP, and other Netbook manufacturers, loads of money, and thereby allow for price cuts.

Mix that with the ability to be immune from Viruses and I think its a real alternative...Google domination is under way.

P.S.  Viruses are killing Windows, users are fed up.  The report on 60 minutes failed to mention that Conficker and other viruses have no effect on Linux and Mac's.  I guess all that advertising Microsoft did during March Madness influenced their reporting.
